描述： Marc Parrott is a Counsel based in Harneys’ Hong Kong office and a member of the Asia Investment Funds and Corporate & Finance Departments. Marc specialises in all types of Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda investment funds with particular emphasis on private equity funds and hedge funds. He also advises on the offshore aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, stock exchange listings, corporate restructurings and reorganisations. Harneys advises the world’s top law firms, financial institutions and corporates on British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. Key practice areas include corporate, commercial, banking, finance, litigation, insolvency, investment funds and trusts. Marc is the author of the investment funds chapter of Bermuda Commercial Law, Sweet & Maxwell (2016).
