描述： Having spent my early professional years at King & Wood Mallesons, I have pursued a career as General Counsel in major corporations in Australia and the broader Asia Pacific. In these roles, I have been involved in a range of major transactions and capital restructures. In each case I have held roles as a key executive in the structuring, planning and implementation of transactions. As General Counsel at Westfield, I have been heavily engaged in all aspects of the relationship between management and the Board and I have worked closely with executive and non-executive directors on all aspects of Board and Committee responsibilities.
