描述： - 12+ years of regional financial services experience spanning across investment banking advisory (M&A, restructuring advisory, DCM, loan syndications), principal investments (structured private credit, private equity, restructuring), and others (strategic initiatives). - Completed around US$21bn of advisory transactions across M&A, debt restructuring, and DCM / syndicated loans. - Completed around US$300m of principal investments across the capital structure. - Currently managing a portfolio of private investments of c.US$150m across various asset classes, industries and jurisdictions. - Lead banker for QInvest's main strategic initiatives (acquisitions, management of legacy assets, syndicated financing, restructuring, amongst others). - Project leader responsible for the structuring, execution and completion of transactions (principal investments, advisory, and strategic transactions) for various types of clients (GRE’s, FI’s, sovereigns, and corporates), spanning different industries and geographies (Middle East, Europe, Turkey).
