I have handled customer service in some very challenging positions, both dealing with members of the public and in business to business settings. I am very familiar with many areas of insurance, including Healthcare benefits, Worker's Compensation, Short-term Disability and Unemployment insurance. I also have a solid working knowledge of medical terminology, including medical coding. I love a challenge, I actually like helping upset and confused people understand things, and I love doing customer and client service over the phone.
