描述： Worked in Lindorff, Norway’s biggest debt collection company, since august 2006. First two years as a collection executive, public retail department. From 2008-2011 at department LINK(learning, information, innovation, knowledge). Working with internal business/system development, requirements process, testing, quality assurance/compliance, and education program for new employees. Started as special advisor in October 2011. Primarily my job is requirement specification/management to our projects within our debt collection system and StreamServe. I’m doing benefits/cost analyze, business case, and stakeholder analyze. Involved in several internal project, both domestic and global.
