描述： I work within the HR team here at Ultimate Finance to help ensure the smooth running of all HR requirements including internal recruitment, producing reports and documentation, and ensuring the HR database is up to date and accurate. With a background in agency recruitment, I have been able to take control of the recruitment here at Ultimate Finance, liaising with hiring managers, checking adverts, managing applications, arranging interviews and negotiating with recruitment agencies when necessary. I also have strong administration skills and continue the on-boarding process when new members of staff join us.
