描述： Catherine has a broad experience in planning gained from over 11 years in the public and private sectors. She holds a post graduate qualification in environmental management from the University of Auckland, and is a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute. Experience has included obtaining land use, regional and subdivision resource consents for private and public clients; development and review of planning documents including the Auckland Unitary Plan; providing consenting feasibility and strategic advice; preparation of submissions and evidence to council planning documents for a wide range of clients; and processing applications on behalf of Councils. Projects include a range of small to large scale residential and commercial developments; community and city transformation projects; social and physical infrastructure; complex water allocation applications; and wastewater and storm water discharges in rural and urban contexts. Catherine also has a particular interest in mana whenua matters. Catherine is based in Napier.
