描述： Responsible for the Swiss Vendor Management Program that drives improvement regarding quality and efficiency. Implement relationship and provide Vendor Management Services to the UBS account by leveraging existing functions with CSC teams and teaming with Service Delivery, Engineering, Program Management Office, Contracts, Purchasing and CSC Finance. Build relationship and establish the Swiss Vendor Management Program to all vendors and suppliers as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all commercial questions and Issues. Represent the Swiss Region for all global Support and Maintenance Agreements (Cisco, Avaya, Juniper, BT...) As a member of the EMEA Management Team and be responsible of all 3rd party spend in Switzerland maintain a close relationship with global Finance, Purchasing and Procurement department.
