描述： Document Controller Supervisor and Tender & Contract Coordinator based in Sana’a Head Office and assigned to various projects in Yemen, Djibouti and in Ethiopia with high standard quality and as per Client Procedures o File and maintaining all Incoming documents in an orderly and controlled manner such as incoming & Outgoing letters, memorandum, facsimiles, E-mail, manuals, drawings, procedure and contracts. o Involves coordinating with the different departments within an organisation and ensuring that documents are kept in the right location and are accessible to all internal services. o Assist in bid / technical tender preparation, Prequalification and Contract. o Assist in preparation of bids, prequalification documents, and quotations required for the tender also reviewing the Contract / the draft before signing.
