描述： Experienced senior manager. Lydur has worked in investment management and banking for over 19 years. Formerly the MD of Alternative Investments at an asset management firm with approx. $1bn in AUM. Managed commercial- and residential real estate investments and real estate development. Headed alternative credit operations, i.e. corporate loans, junior loans and wholesale consumer finance. Previously Lydur has worked in varied roles such as an asset manager at Kaupthing Bank while in administration, managing loan and equity positions in Northern Europe. VP of Investment Banking at Kaupthing. Leverage finance credit analyst with focus on UK, Germany and France with Glitnir Bank and prior to that a risk manager for Islandsbanki monitoring derivative contracts. Lydur has served as a Board Member at EIK Properties real estate company and on several company boards. Lydur has taught a number of training courses on valuation, leveraged finance and due diligence at Icelandic universities. Lydur has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Business.
