描述： Željka currently has a position of Human Resources Manager in a successful financial institution and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function. She used to work as Senior HR Consultant and was in charge of recruitment and selection, development of new HR policies and procedures and all other HR related issues. Except being involved in Recruitment and Selection, Executive Search and People Development, she was also managing Outplacement projects. Željka is trained in conducting structured interviews, administering different types of selection tests and assessment tools (such as Group Discussion, In Basket Exercise, Role Play, etc.). She is a certified user of Thomas SLG assessment tools.
