A motivated self starter, I have team management skills and business acumen. I have implemented various initiatives to improve channel efficiency and productivity, and I work well under pressure. I have a proven track record of achieving targets and being an effective team leader when leading projects. Currently I manage Public Relations and Communications for Stanbic Bank Zambia Limited. In my current role I provide support to the CEO and Management Committee in the execution of their role in Government, Media, Community Relations and Communication (internal & external) and also in Reputational Risk issues in order to achieve the Public Relations, Communications and Corporate Affairs strategic goals in line with the Bank-wide objectives.
