This can be simple things like helping them to define exactly what their proposition is or exactly what it is they are trying to achieve. I also help to define what the Mission, Vision and Values of the business are. From this starting point we can then build a robust and coherent Business Plan. A good Business Plan isn't a document that is stuck in a drawer. It's a document that should be shared amongst employees and should inform the day to day actions of the employees in the business.
