描述： 28 years experience as an area controller, 18 of which as an OJTI 10 as an examiner. Involved in unit training and ab initio training, airspace development and UCE work. Spent 4 years as a ROVI instructor at college of ATC for NATS, combining current validation with classroom and practical training for ab initio ATCOs. As well as assessing and verifying these courses. Have full understanding/knowledge/experience of complex airspace and ATC tools including EFD and iFacts. Currently part of the NATS training team instructing, assessing ab initios as well as ISA for area courses.
