描述： Since April 2007 I’ve been working as Project Manager for different SW/HW products in telecom industry, coming from different growing responsibilities in R&D as SW developer, technical coordinator and team leader. During my career I’ve been involved in all the phases of SW development, from the requirement handling to the release management, from coding to testing and integration. Since May 2007, after the Scrum Master certification, I started to work with agile development teams as Scrum Master and Product Owner and partecipating or driving Lean/Agile trasformation programs. I’ve also a long experience in team management, in multisite and multicultural environments, handling both internal resources and external collaborators. I’m passionate in technology in general and in multimedia in particular, and I’m always interested in growing my experience working on new projects.
