描述： I began working in Tallaght hospital in November 2013, since being there I've worked doing waiting list validation for numerous departments throughout the hospital, outsourcing long waiting patients to private hospitals through the NTPF and the NIMIS project before finally being moved to Clerical paediatrics. I've worked in paediatrics over 5 yrs now which entails a variety of work such as, dealing with the public, liaising with multiple stakeholders, outpatient desk duties, telephony duties, processing charts, registering referrals and patients, booking appointments, maintaining waiting lists and dealing with general queries. Since July 2019 I've been working in CHI Connolly Paediatric OPD & UCC satilite hospital. I continue doing many of the same duties as I had already been doing in my position in Paeds Clerical in CHI Tallaght. As well as previously stated duties I now also manage the switchboard.
