描述： I am a solution-driven development professional with a multidisciplinary knowledge and experience in water, E&S risk management, climate change and resilience. As a Consultant at Rebel, an advisory firm based in the Netherlands that specializes in economics, feasibility, financing and transaction advisory for infrastructure projects, I mainly focus on projects in the water and climate change fields. Prior to joining Rebel, I worked at the Climate Change Strategy and Operations Unit of the World Bank, as well as the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman of the International Finance Corporation. I hold an M.Sc. in Integrated Water Resources Management from McGill University and an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
