描述： I am a qualified accountant (FCMA) and have held positions of Finance Director, both in industry and Government. I have extensive Program and Project management experience with a financial bias. I have set up an Oracle Financial Shared Service Centre. Much of my recent work has been in establishing improved processes to enhance employee efficiency. I have played a key role in the transformation program of the MoD where change required considerable negotiation with senior stakeholders. I have been an OGC reviewer for MoD and have their certification.
