Loretta has worked in the Information and Communications Technology industry for 20 years advancing the use of information systems in the retail, banking, hospitality and public sectors. Her passion is using education in creating awareness about GIS and inciting new ways of thinking, planning, executing, and governing to support Belize’s National Development. Loretta did the Executive Masters in Business Administration through the Cave Hill School of Business, University of the West Indies.
