描述: I work as an implementation and support engineer for Schneider Electric's process automation SCADA solution - Vijeo Citect SCADA. In this exciting role I have had the opportunity to support (remotely and through domestic and international customer visits) a unique variety of SCADA applications including logistics solutions for a major global retailer, various water and wastewater solutions, as well as a seaport, airport, and border-crossing security solution spanning 5 continents. I have also developed and delivered training seminars to various stakeholders ranging from end user operators to project decision makers. I have also had the opportunity to develop a system based on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform that has improved our team’s customer service KPIs as well as provide a valuable customer-facing web portal delivering value by highlighting support trends.
