描述： Julian Lamb was appointed Director, Registry with effect from 1 August 2006. Julian is currently in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Companies Registry (the “Registry”), which includes policy, the strategic development of the Registry and the increasing international nature of its activities. Prior to joining the Commission in December 1999, Julian had over twenty years’ experience in the finance industry in Jersey, including at director level. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. Julian is a board member of a number of international registry organisations. The statutory position of Registrar of Companies in Jersey is held by Julian who has the primary executive responsibility for the leadership and management of the Registry. "
