描述： My 20+ years of experience in healthcare communications, through working in consumer publishing and research, and freelance consultancy around patient information design projects with the pharmaceutical industry, led very logically into my previous role as senior creative copywriter with ERL Medicom and now at Evoke, part of Huntsworth Health. My passion is the clear communication of healthcare messages using insightful, creative thinking. Prior to moving into agency work, I spent seven years as an independent health writer, researcher, editor and project manager, with a specialist expertise in the writing, design and usability testing of patient information. Clients included pharmaceutical companies, consumer bodies, health charities and other healthcare-related organisations. I was Managing Editor of Health Which? magazine from 2000 to 2004. I held a variety of research, writing and editorial positions held at Consumers' Association/Which? from 1989 to 2004.
