描述： I've been with Superior Personnel Waikato for 3 years. Beginning as the Receptionist/Candidate Coordinator and then moving up to a Recruitment Consultant position. Since being a Recruitment Consultant, I've predominantly placed candidates into blue collar Temp - Perm employment. The best feeling of accomplishment is when you know what the candidate & client both want, and delivering exactly that. It is truly rewarding in such a big way.
