描述： Steinbach & Partner was founded in 1984 and is a global active and partner-owned management consulting company which is specialized in Executive Search and Coaching. It covers various sectors among its services in the different competence center’s (Automotive, Industry, Health Care Professional Services). As Researcher I am supporting the Competence Centre Industry with the main focus on Executive Search projects. Tasks and experiences range from the initial of a client project to identing potential candidates, approaching, engaging with candidate experience, application management and coordination with the customer. Depending on the client's needs this may include also global cross-border search and approaches as well as according to internal requirements of S&P supporting colleagues of other offices and/or competence centers. The covered functions of S&P range from middle management up to C-Levels of well-known medium-sized companies (i.a. Hidden Champions) and also to medium-/large cap corporations.
