描述： Current position Danske Bank, within Corporates and Institutions: Responsible for building and developing Global Risk Management, including market risk, operational risk and regulatory risk within the first line. The position includes heading the COO Units of Sweden, Norway and Finland, and being deputy country manager for Corporates and Institutions Norway. Previous experience as Head of global AML program, COO Corporate and Institutions Norway, lawyer at Wiersholm, Thommessen and Danske Bank from the M&A and regulatory side. Also experience from the Norwegian FSA. Teaching securities law at BI, finished the Futura program for woman in Finance in 2012. Board experience from Optimum AS Specialties: Extensive management experience including change management experience, in depth knowledge of securities markets/wholesale banking, project management and legal framework for securities market and M&A transactions.
