Have dealt with various Insurance companies and TPA's while working at Al Salaam hospital and thereby have a thorough understanding of claims reimbursement process as well of Direct Billing or Cashless procedures. Excellent communication skills has helped me with client handling through out the process right from claim registration and acknowledgement to payments. At Enaya and at AXA, I have also sample audited of approved claims from TPA before making payments thereby making me more vigilant. I also deal with Foreign currencies and Recoveries. A good command over Excel skills has made my task of Report Analysis much easier that is with regards to outstanding claims, preparing OCR, IBNR.
