I hold special interest in Customer Experience Management (CEM), operational excellence, performance management and business process management (BPM). Sector knowledge and experience within Finance, Retail, Oil&Gas and Telco. I hold a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics, where i specialized in Business Analysis and Performance Management. The subject of my Master Thesis was profitability analysis of Norwegian Optometrists, also estimating the profit-potential of a specific store using activity-based costing. Previous worklife experience from several jobs, among these financial consulting in DNB, sales in XXL Sport & Wildlife and representation of my previous University.
