描述： The majority of my work experience (10 years) was spent working in churches (from intern to paid full-time staff) as a minister to middle school and high school kids. I also did graphic design, web design, and general communications on behalf of the church. I joined Florida Community Bank in November of 2008 as the Electronic Banking Officer. Approximately a year after I joined FCB, it was bought by a holding company that chose to retain the name Florida Community Bank. My ability to diffuse situations and make people laugh is an asset in customer service, as is my desire to make people happy. I have worked in (and have a fairly comprehensive knowledge of) two different online banking platforms (Jack Henry and FIS). I have also worked with multiple Remote Deposit products, and implemented a mobile banking solution. I am a self-taught graphic and web designer (with some education and training after-the-fact). I am fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, and Flash, as well as HTML & CSS.
