描述： After working for over 15 years in Africa, in two different countries (Guinea Bissau and Mozambique) and in 3 different agriculture related projects (cashew processing industry, biodiesel and commercial large scale farming), I obtained useful skills on a vast array of areas, such as agroindustry, agriculture, general management, human resources, procurement, governmental negotiation, planning, logistics and budgeting. After those projects, I decided to move back to consultancy, on my own company, FFC that i changed to FFMOZ and MBEU Agricola. During that time, i got exclusive for BASF, where I acted as National Sales Manager. With time, i realize that i could use a change in my career, so I took the challenge given by Ascending and started strategic consulting for them. It was a very refreshing and satisfying project. In fact, after that consultancy I started working for Ascending exclusively as Operations Manager, and in March 2019 got invited to be the Executive Director for Ascending Mozambique.
