描述： Ermal LUBISHTANI holds a BA in Management, Business and Economics from UBT and a MSc in Economics for Business Analysis from Staffordshire University. Currently, Ermal follows a PhD in Applied Economics program at Staffordshire University, UK. His research focuses mainly on economic growth indicators and more specifically on entrepreneurial and innovative activity at the country, firm and individual level. In his PhD thesis, Ermal examines the impact of entrepreneurship and innovation on economic growth and the main drives of high-growth entrepreneurial ventures. He works under the supervision of Dr. Ian JACKSON and Prof. Iraj HASHI. He is currently a lecturer of Microeconomics, Public Finance, Econometrics and Business Financial Management at UBT, Faculty of Management, Business and Economics. He also serves at the International Office at UBT. Ermal has been awarded with several scholarships and awards, including Teaching Fellowship.
