描述： I am currently a Biomedical Research Engineer in the Center for Bionic Medicine at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab (formerly named Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago). Over the past two years my focus has been on developing new control mechanisms for a powered knee-ankle prosthesis using mechanical sensors and electromyography (EMG). My undergraduate and current masters studies focus on general mechanical principles for medical device design. I love learning new skills outside of my comfort zone while developing devices that help others reach their full potential.
