描述： I have 5 years experience supporting IT systems including MacOS, Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, 2012r2 and 2016. I have rolled out a number of third-party software platforms to improve business efficiency and facilitate innovative working for staff across the organisation. In addition, I have delivered security improvements to ensure system integrity protection. I have recently been working with Microsoft's Azure Cloud platform to ensure adequate resources are available for business applications. I am currently studying for the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
