We are looking to open a number of offices in the Baltic and the Nordic regions for our management consulting, investment banking and our venture fund practices and are currently hiring. I have spent a large deal of time and have developed strong connections in the region, and believe that the whole region is ready for massive growth and expansion. Currently we are opening a number of offices in the city of Riga and other locations in Latvia and the other Baltic states, and are making a number of acquisitions and investments in the area. Our group has received a number of large investments and are partnered with some of the largest investment groups in the world and are growing rapidly.
