描述： Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. Develop financial and tax strategies. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Manage the accounting, human resource, investor relations, legal, and tax departments Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors, bankers etc) Timely preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements Report financial results to corporate officers. Maintain general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocations. Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts. Arrange for debt and equity financing. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
