Later undertook further formal study at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2011 to receive Master Trainer certification. - Together with former world superbody champion, Denis Couprie, I founded Prime in 2011, a personal training studio chain with locations in Shanghai and Beijing. The ethos behind Prime is to get people back to using natural movement patterns – pushing, pulling, throwing, jumping, lifting, instead of using machines, in order to develop functional fitness. - Prime is an entirely results-focused business.
