Starting at Bank of Hawaii Pohnpei branch as a bookkeeper, promoted and become their International Banking Division supervisor, doing all the documentary collections, sight drafts, clean collections, and letter of credits. Moved to BOH-Agana Br. in Guam as their Banking Associate. Work under the Pacific Islands Division support group who trained all the BOH branches who fail their annual audits, contacted internal audits where training was needed in preparation for their next annual audit. Moved to BOH-Palau branch and help assisted their Commercial & SBA loan division by writing processing and analyzing their loan packages. Moved to BOH Yap branch as their relieved branch manager and trained the new manager. Moved to BOH Majuro branch and became their service manager in charge of all the operation areas for additional 2 years. Transfer to Bank of FSM Pohnpei branch as their assistant branch manager and after 90-days I became their branch manager for two year.
