描述： I am a professional accountant, I have worked overseas in multi-national and large organizations in airlines, construction, hotels, and not-for profit organization. In many of these positions I introduced several new procedures to enhance checks and balances and policies on key areas that lacked internal controls so that the processes provide higher level of reliability and assurance and minimize risks of fraud and misuse. In accounting aspects, I have successfully managed finalization of financial statements per the GAAP, organizational policies and country laws, and liaised with auditors. I have supervised accuracy and timeliness in maintaining GL accounts, accounts receivable/payable, ensure they are reconciled; ensure accuracy of payroll and compliance related to government dues, budget preparation and project variance reports. I had worked on many accounting software like: Quick books, Costpoint, Sage (MIP), Great Plains, Oracle and Sunsystem based accounting just to mention a few. I have been working with NGO managing 70 million multi year project sponsored by USA.
