描述： 18 years experience as manager, originally with an engineering background. I have always been managing technical people within IT, electronic and automation. First as a project manager and team leader in automation and IT for the production industry and in IT and electronic for the defense industry. Later with more focus on resource management, product management and HR-management. This expanded into broader company management as General Manager for the Land-CCIS Division in Saab Denmark and now head of buisness unit SAG in KMD.
