描述： I am an experienced employee benefits consultant and business development professional within the human resources industry, and have been instrumental in new business development and business cross-selling in my current and previous roles. Currently working within the Health Division, I work with clients to review, plan and design their benefit strategy in a holistic and consultative manner. Prior to my current role, I worked in the human resources sector, previously having taken up the position of acting as HR Business Partner (Asia), for a well-known European fashion brand and helped to build HR initiatives from scratch for their new regional office in Hong Kong. Prior to this, I have worked in the recruitment sector across all areas of business in the commercial field including HR, Administration, Sales, Marketing and others. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the University of Sydney and am a member of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers. I am also a qualified insurance and MPF intermediary.
