描述： I serve as Chief Operating Officer for Bank Director, overseeing the planning and production for all conferences and events. I manage office operations and integrate and implement new projects as the company continues to grow. I am a member of the Executive Committee and report to the CEO. Prior to Bank Director, I was the project manager at Global Navigation, a consultancy focused on the needs and interests of members of the boards of companies with interests in the U.S. and China. I spent 10 years at AIG/American General running the company’s community and employee relations initiatives before helping to launch GlobalNav. I graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in both Marketing/Sales Management and Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management.
