描述： I believe we can reduce the likelihood and impact of Perinatal Mental Health Issues through prevention and timely interventions. I believe that we need to reduce our reliance on the NHS, and enable women to know about other sources of quality information and support that they can access, allowing them to think differently about their mental wellbeing. There are huge benefits to the immediate family and future generations, as this is a fertile period to propagate good mental health and resilience, benefiting our society as a whole. I have developed parent kind - a web app which identifies psychosocial risk factors for women in the perinatal period, and gives them guidance about what can help mitigate them to enjoy motherhood more.
