描述： I joined BOV Fund Management Limited in 1999 and subsequently BOV Fund Services Limited in 2006. I have much experience in the valuations and financial operations of the company and today head the Corporate Services and Compliance Division. This role entails the compliance and regulatory monitoring of the operations and activities of BOV Fund Management Limited and BOV Fund Services Limited as well as the implementation of the necessary risk management processes to counter operational risk. I ensure that both companies have the necessary procedures and controls in relation to anti-money laundering. I also lecture Fund Administration as part of the Banking and Finance Honours Degree offered by the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta, as well as Wealth Management and Fund Management and Administration at the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST). I am also a member of the Financial Services committee and the Anti-Money Laundering committee at the Malta Institute of Accountants..
